Photo Day With Heritage

At Heritage, we run school photo day with clear planning, calm structure, and a friendly team — so staff and students feel supported from the moment we arrive.
Our friendly photography team arrives on site between 7:30 and 8:00am, or at another time pre-arranged with your school. We typically set up in your school hall, complete with our professional portrait backdrop, to capture individual student portraits and sibling photos (when requested).
Using a timetable agreed in advance, classes are called to the group photo area in height order, with the shortest students at the front. Teachers are provided with a name card, and each student receives an individual name card featuring a unique QR code. A reference photo is taken with the name card visible, followed by the final class photo once the card is removed.
Throughout the process, our team focuses on creating a relaxed, fun atmosphere so students feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. Get in touch with Heritage, your local school photography company, to book a time to meet and discuss how your school can join the Heritage family.
